Marketing & Operations Coordinator

  • Part-Time
  • Hybrid in Dana Point, CA (1-2 days in office per week.)
  • $25 / hour (Flexible for the right person)

Job Summary :

The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Insure National’s marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

This part-time, hybrid position involves managing social media platforms, maintaining the company website, assisting with office management, and handling various tasks that support both the administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

  • Manage all posts on Instagram and , ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Create monthly social media calendars to organize and plan content.

Website Management :

Oversee job postings on the company website, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect open positions.

Office Management :

Restock office snacks and supplies to maintain a comfortable and productive work environment.

Miscellaneous :

  • Manage company merchandise, ensuring inventory is sufficient and products are ordered as needed.
  • Create and send out eblasts to communicate with clients and partners.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company conferences, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 + years of experience in marketing, social media management, and / or office administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well with others and has a team-player attitude
