In this role, you'll manage the performance creative process for the paid marketing team at Made In. You'll collaborate with channel owners and use our current creative analytics systems to identify patterns in performance marketing creativity.
You will devise tests and theories, then establish a creative strategy and testing roadmap. As the strategist, your primary objectives will be to drive thumb-stopping ads that drive increased sales while improving ROAS.
You will work closely with the creative team, influencers, creators, the performance marketing and BI teams, among others.
This role requires organization and the ability to work cross-functionally. Ideally, this role is based in our Austin HQ, where our filming studio and test kitchen are located, but we are open to remote work.
You will report directly to the VP of Performance Marketing. The ability to create and test your own creative is a plus
Qualifications :
Experience developing creative concepts, hypotheses, hooks and testing roadmaps for conversion-focused content / campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Keeps up with current trends across all major social media platforms.Experience in integrating data-driven insights into your creative strategy and establishing a feedback loop between performance marketing and the creative teams.
Possess the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and formulate strategies that inform your creative strategies.You should have demonstrated skills in delivering high-impact creative work that drives results.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment.Basic understanding of (and eagerness to learn) common financial metrics and how to manage a creative business's P&LOther creative experience including video production / editing, photography / retouching, UGC, illustrations, motion / animation, and consumer / corporate branding and sales collateral a bonus.4-7 years experience
