A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide first-line support for Outfitters and Members in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for Outfitters, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and providing training on various tools and processes
Deliver premium support to members by resolving issues and facilitating reservations while maintaining accurate data
Assist internal teams with data entry and other projects, providing Tier 1 support through a case platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Availability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and resolving conflicts
