Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of strategic customers focusing on renewal and adoption outcomes
Drive growth and prevent risk through early engagement and collaboration with internal teams
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure product adoption and alignment with customer objectives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong contract negotiation skills and experience with deal negotiation cycles
Ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels, including senior executives
