About the Role

TaxSlayer is seeking Technical Support Specialists to join our seasonal support team for the upcoming 2025 tax season. This is a 100% remote position starting in December 2025 , supporting customers who use our TaxSlayer Pro software.

In this role, you'll assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues. You'll work with networks, firewalls, antivirus programs, printers, and connectivity settings. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for solving technical problems, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs
• Guide customers through server and network setup
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Research and resolve complex technical issues

Job Requirements

Monday–Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM EST
