- Filing
- Copying
- Soft Collections on Past Due
- Research on projects
- Payment / Invoice Resolutions
- Inter-company Billing-communicate with other offices and employees as needed for billings
- Using multiple construction management programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous billing experience in construction billings, or equivalent.
- MUST be familiar with excel and all Office programs.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.
Advanced Excel Skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willing to learn new billing procedures and adapt to these procedures.
