Clinical Operations Director

The Clinical Operations Director is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the St. Paul and Burnsville clinics to achieve Ellie's mission of "Compassionately transforming the culture of mental health by delivering creative solutions that make wellness accessible in every community." As the Director, you're responsible for ensuring the success of the clinic(s) you oversee and ensure clinicians have the tools and resources to do the job to the best of their ability.

Burnsville : 14050 S Nicollet Ave, Suite 301, Burnsville, MN 55337

St. Paul : 1150 Montreal Ave, Suite 107, St. Paul, MN 55116

Compensation :

Total compensation will consist of the combination of a base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 + a quarterly bonus potential. Salary is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Ellie makes the clinician's experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT / PT), CEU's, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie assists in providing centralized administrative support, technology, some referral support, scheduling, and client / therapist matching. There is the opportunity to provide tele-health services, but you do need to be able to commute into the office on a regular basis.
