The Sr. Marketing Manager of Marketing Technology and Franchise Success at Zerorez will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our franchise network through marketing, coaching, and overseeing marketing technology solutions.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team and help with the overall marketing strategy and planning.
You will be primarily responsible for onboarding and coaching new franchises on marketing best practices and technology systems, providing ongoing marketing guidance and support to all franchisees, and managing our marketing technology stack / systems.
Responsibilities :
Onboarding and Coaching : Lead the onboarding process for new franchises, providing comprehensive training on marketing strategies, tools, and resources.
Offer ongoing coaching and support to ensure franchisees have the knowledge and skills to effectively market their businesses.
Marketing Guidance : Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees, offering personalized marketing recommendations and strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Occasional Travel : Majority of marketing guidance will be done remotely via phone and video calls, however in person coaching / training and support will be required as needed.
- Technology Management : Own and manage the marketing technology stack / systems used by all franchisees, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources to execute their marketing initiatives effectively.
Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and trends to continuously optimize our systems. Train all locations (both franchises and company-owned locations) on how to best implement and leverage marketing technology.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and IT, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to implement marketing solutions and campaigns.
Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate franchisees on marketing best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to help franchisees grow their marketing capabilities.
- Advocate on behalf of franchisees : Bring up the needs of the franchise bases to the corporate marketing team to ensure they receive the marketing assets and support to be successful.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, business growth, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.
Use data-driven insights to help franchisees optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, a focus on home services, franchise systems, or small businesses is a plus
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing technology tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Content Management platforms, email service providers, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional results
