Responsibilities :
Monitors and administrates activities involved in the procurement of goods and services. Receives purchase orders, invoices, and other forms and reconciles for completeness and accuracy.
Works with vendors to ensure that products are delivered according to schedule and that purchasing terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon.
Stores and retrieves purchase orders, proof of purchase, pricing quotes, receipts and other necessary documents as required to report accurate spending figures to finance.
Verifies bills from suppliers with bids and purchase orders and approves bills for payment. Enters purchase orders for services, materials, and spare parts per demand or as directed by manager.
Purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.
Responsible for managing all supplier-related activities and authority to commit company resources; forecast data, monitor and address supplier quality and delivery performance;
track internal demand and material assets to optimize purchase. Must meet all deadlines i.e. reporting, expediting, etc.
Incorporate planning decisions from internal customers and suppliers to reduce material and product variability and arrive at optimal solutions with the lowest total cost to the company.
Develop requests for quotations and proposals, analyzes supplier responses, negotiates and manages day to day supplier activities, and interfaces with internal and external customers, other Procurement peers and suppliers.
Expedite deliveries. Coordinate job requirements as needed with engineering, planning, sales, and purchasing manager via many available forms of communication.
Demonstrated integrity with strong business and personal ethics. Engage suppliers strategically. Utilize contract language to recover supplier induced costs and resolve external non-conformance issues in cooperation with internal departments.
Conflict resolution and coaching ability.

Ability to manage, organize, and perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
Performs analytical, operational, and administrative tasks in support of Managers and Buyers involved in the purchase of acquisition of goods, assets, processes, patents, copyrights, or possession of other services.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, or ten (10) years of procurement experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hours : Ideal hours are 6 AM 2 : 30 PM, Overtime may change the hours depending on production
Pay : $86,000 + Depending on Experience
