Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for sale of Quext products.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
  • Create / deliver customized product demonstrations for prospects, customers and partners both in-person and remotely.
  • May participate in the creation of RFPs / RFIs.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual, goals.
  • Create / maintain documentation for opportunities or internal processes.
  • Work with Customer Success to document and scope implementation services.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to return product feedback to inform future product requirements / enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with executives and the Engineering team to provide start up project development and ongoing customer support.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing plans.
  • Help guide and inform the internal and external project management resources.
  • Visit and represent Quext at various trade shows.
  • Willing to travel on an as needed basis.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a technical environment preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support sales experience is desirable.
  • Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude and with great organization and time management skills.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, proposals and formal RFPs.
  • Solution selling experience in large-scale evaluations which involve multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Operations, IT and Security).
  • Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Experience with IoT, telecommunications, digital human and smart technology.
  • Comfortable being self-sufficient in a highly dynamic startup environment.
