Employee Benefits / ERISA Associate

Winston and Strawn's Chicago office is looking to add an associate with 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits / ERISA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with qualified retirement plan issues, and experience with compliance matters is preferred. Experience in health and welfare plan issues and executive compensation issues is also helpful. Admittance to the Illinois Bar is preferred, but not mandatory.
