- Schedule : Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
Responsibilities :
Providing support to administrative staff, including supervising their work and delegating tasks.Overseeing the office budget, reviewing expenses, and ensuring that departments function within financial limits.Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new staff and organizing their training programs.Handles purchasing activities, manages inventory of office supplies, and maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers.Qualifications :
5+ years of leadership and office management experienceBachelor’s Degree preferredQuickBooks experience preferred
