Overview
The VP of Marketing is responsible for Marketing, Branding, Product Management, Advertising, and Promotional activities for StimLabs. The Vice President works with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing plans, including demand generation, portfolio management, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, communication, and creative plans.
Responsibilities
- Downstream marketing activities and development of team members
- Develop in-depth knowledge of StimLabs’ markets and products
- Plan and implement cohesive marketing campaigns, in a timely manner, that drive demand, support sales efforts and improve engagement
- Build marketing campaigns across multiple sites of care
- Develop strong content and own the messaging of value proposition
- Implement plans by working cross-functionally (Sales, Market Access, R&D, Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal), gaining their buy-in and support
- Drive the development of a digital platform across multiple channels
- Manage the product portfolio and associated activities
- Partner with Sales Operations to develop training content, KPIs, analyze market trends, and develop actionable insights
- Support strategic marketing activities such as executive presentations, market assessments, and other analysis
- Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets

Creative thinker with exceptional verbal, written, and diplomacy skillsEffective organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentTeam player who can incorporate input from various functions and generate consensusFull product launch lifecycle experienceAt least 10 years managing marketing / product managersExperience with digital marketing and marketing automation toolsExcellent MS Office skillsAt least 5 years of experience in medical devices; wound care experience preferredExperience with project management / workflow tools such as Wrike preferredStrong quantitative and analytical skills preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fieldAbout StimLabs
