Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple active projects across various civil construction scopes
• Prepare and submit competitive bids across all trade disciplines
• Evaluate, price, and track all change orders
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution
• Lead and participate in all project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain responsibility for all submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Oversee and support monthly requisitions and coordinate with accounting for invoice approvals
• Monitor job progress and ensure all projects remain on schedule and within scope
• Review and update project schedules monthly in coordination with the field team
• Collaborate with the safety department to ensure site compliance with internal and external safety standards
• Perform job costing and track financial health of each project
