Accountabilities

The Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer will :

• Implement and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI / ML and LLM workflows, including data labeling, classification, and document parsing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and labeling teams to ensure reliable access to structured and unstructured data.
• Manage and optimize data storage, partitioning, and clustering strategies to maximize performance and reliability.
• Develop SQL, Python, or Scala-based features and ETL processes to support cloud-based data warehousing.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
• Document processes, support design discussions, and advocate for best practices across the team.
• Identify and implement improvements across the full lifecycle of data management, from ingestion to reporting layers.
• Senior-level team members additionally : provide code review feedback, guide complex technical problem-solving, assess solution risks and scalability, and support continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation.
