Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Alameda, California. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining a well-organized store, and handling transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities include :
- Stock shelves to ensure merchandise is displayed in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment by organizing inventory and ensuring neatness.
- Process customer transactions using the register system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing helpful information and solutions.
- Assist with placing and tracking customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally while addressing customer needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by fostering positive interactions and building rapport.
- Support team members in daily operations and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements :
