Personal Injury Trial Attorney – Onsite Join a Nationally Recognized Litigation Team

A top-tier personal injury firm with a proven record of success seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to join its team. This is a rare opportunity to lead high-stakes litigation in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your impact will be immediate and meaningful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims
  • Drive litigation strategy and manage cases from intake through resolution
  • Serve as first-chair trial counsel in depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and support professionals
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary : $150,000 – $180,000 + percentage of attorney fees
  • Retirement : 401(k) with employer match
