Responsibilities
- Manage clients cases from beginning to end;
- Writing and submitting EB1 / EB2 applications and briefs
- Guide clients through document gathering requirements such as cover letters and career plans;
- Index supporting documents in the file;
- Respond to Request for evidence or notice of intent to deny.
- Review documents and work with clients to obtain documents
- Attending USCIS interviews;
- Assess and create case strategies;
