Overview

NBCUniversal is a leading media and entertainment company with a portfolio spanning film, television, streaming, theme parks, and news brands. NBC News is seeking an Associate Producer to assist in all aspects of production of long-form content for Dateline.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production of original content for air, including story development
• Aid in extensive editorial research
• Conduct pre-interviews and on-camera interviews
• Participate in shooting, fact-checking, and editing, as directed
• Produce show segments, as needed, under the direction of the Senior Producer
• Coordinate with technical, operations staff and external resources
• Significant travel for booking, productions, and attending trials

PLEASE NOTE : This is a short-term position with an estimated duration of 24 months or less, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

What we’ll offer : Production Employee (PEP) Regular who works more than 1,000 hours per measurement period :

Salary range : $65,000 - $80,000
