Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of investment professionals as BMO Capital Partners expands into the US. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation and closing of new investment opportunities. As Managing Director, you will help lead the expansion of our investment mandate into the US, provide coverage for newly onboarded clients and work closely with a variety of internal partners including BMO Sponsor Finance, BMO Technology & Innovation Banking and BMO Diversified Industries Group. You will work with and manage a team of directors and associates to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage / monitor the portfolio. Salary range : $153,600.00 – $285,600.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
