Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead

Location : DeWitt, MI

Compensation : $17$22 / hr based on experience

The Opportunity

Were hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead to oversee crews, manage projects, and ensure every job meets our standards. This is a year-round leadership role with the chance to run premium projects and develop long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead landscaping and hardscaping projects start-to-finish.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate crew members.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
  • Communicate directly with clients about progress, timelines, and expectations.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and job quality.
  • Contribute to snow removal and seasonal services in off-peak months.

    • Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor construction.
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage crews effectively.
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
