This job is a member of the Accounts Payable Team within the Finance Division. Responsible for providing excellent customer service for American Airlines while processing invoices for payment while ensuring SOX compliance is maintained.

What you'll do :

• Performs data entry of invoices directly into SAP
• Performs uploads of payable items into SAP
• Performs identification and validation of vendor to be paid
• Performs audit of approvals to ensure compliance with Resource Approval Policy
• Performs scanning and indexing of invoices and AP documents for visibility to broad user group
• Responds to e-mails in group e-mail box
• Performs a variety of other functions / ad-hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department / company's goals and business objectives
