Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track progress, and report on key performance metrics. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Research and qualify potential leads to ensure alignment with L7's ideal customer profile. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute campaigns. Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team, focusing on decision-makers and influencers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of L7's services and industry trends. Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar role in a B2B environment. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) and ABM methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing time and tasks effectively. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify prospects.
