A company is looking for a CRM Systems Lead to manage and scale their Salesforce-driven Go-To-Market technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined workflows
Act as primary administrator for GTM tools and manage their integration with Salesforce
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design system improvements that enhance pipeline growth and forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification (required)
3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or operations roles
Experience managing GTM tools and integrating them with Salesforce
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
