The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, developing and executing creative campaigns, and ensuring alignment with our mission of helping businesses thrive both sustainably and successfully. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Orvagroup's mission and business goals.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business strategies.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media, and website materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in multi-industry environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the marketing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
