We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator on a contract basis in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support HR operations with a focus on administrative tasks, employee data management, and system updates. This position is primarily onsite, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities :
- Process onboarding and termination workflows for employees using Ceridian.
- Update employee records to reflect pay adjustments and other changes.
- Respond to inquiries sent to the HR inbox, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist employees with password resets and troubleshooting in Ceridian.
- Generate and analyze HR reports from Ceridian as needed.
- Manage approval workflows by updating approvers in the HR system.
- Perform occasional data entry and analysis in Excel to support HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal forms and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate background checks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support benefits-related tasks and correspondence as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software, particularly Ceridian, is essential.
- Familiarity with Office Suite tools, including Excel, for basic data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of legal correspondence and forms relevant to HR processes.
- Experience handling background checks and maintaining secure employee records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address employee inquiries.
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
