The organization has enjoyed incredible success in the last few years' and are seeking a candidate with a similar HR / Payroll / Bookkeeping background, to join the team in this role.
Reasons to Work Here :
Assist CFO in maintaining the integrity of the financial processes with Accts Payable, Accts Receivable- credit and collections. Assist in preparation of timely and accurate reporting on various partner companies.
Assist employees with questions on benefit plans and other HR issues. Closely coordinate various Human Resource processes with V.P.'s and managers. Administer payroll processing. Coordinate temporary employee processes.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
Some college courses or Associates Degree in accounting.
Experience :
Minimum of three years of Accounting Accounts Receivable / Payable, Payroll and Human Resource administration experience. Good computer skills including integrated software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
