Manufacturing company with a staff of 300+ employees, non-union, is looking to add a Human Resources (HR) Generalist.
Job Description
- Learn & participate in various aspects of HR - Training, Employee Orientation, Benefits Administration, Safety, Payroll, Conflict Resolution, Employee Guidance, Job Design, and various Human Resources matters.
- Learn HR Procedures and HR Process Development - Assist HR Manager with administration and adherence to human resources policies and procedures.
- The HR Generalist will support Operations Team in a Manufacturing environment.
- Learn and Participate in Human Resources problem solving.
- Participate in team meetings to present HR information.
Candidate Requirements :
- 0-5 Years experience of Human resources.
- Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish / English Speaker - Debe ser bilingüe español / inglés.
- Prior internships or experience during college is a huge plus.
- BA / BS in Business (HR Concentration preferred) - Entry Level College Graduates with appropriate HR Training are Welcome to Apply - must speak Spanish & English.
- Good Communication skills.
- Proficiency in various computer skills.
- SHRM certifications PHR / SPHR are welcomed.
