  • Managing payroll processes and resolving issues.
  • Assist with employee onboarding.
  • Document all new titles, promotions, pay increases and transfers to new departments or divisions of the company.
  • Communicating effectively with high customer service standards via phone and email.
  • Gain insight into various departments and business processes across the company.
