N3, Part of Accenture, is adding highly motivated sales leaders to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager , you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and growing the next generation of sales leaders.

You will be given the autonomy you need to be successful while being provided a solid framework of systems and governance.

  • Performance Management - Drives sales team performance by directly managing N3 POD sellers and setting KPI targets, implementing effective sales and messaging strategy, and designing + executing individualized performance optimization plans, driving execution.
  • Client Engagement Provides input on sales tactics based on offering performance and market response to Sales and Program Leadership.
  • People Management Greater-among-Equals team lead or Manager for small POD (1 : 15) within a single territory. Builds and manages a high performing Sales Team, drives 1 on 1 and team talent management process to ensure assigned team members are exceeding performance KPIs.
  • Deliverable Owns POD performance against sales targets, implements sales execution process, delivers actionable insights from analysis of trends and market insights.
  • Scope / Complexity Requires some instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
