Job Details
Position Title : Project Executive
In this role, you will oversee projects from inception to completion. Former business owners encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities include :
Project Management : Develop opportunities, review quotes, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and review contracts.
Subcontractor Coordination : Source and finalize subcontractor agreements, collaborate on pre-construction plans, and participate in hand-off meetings.
Schedule and Documentation : Monitor project schedules, review addendums, bulletins, and RFI’s, generate pay applications for subcontractors and general contractors, manage check requests, and handle project closeouts and warranty claims.
Client Relations : Maintain and enhance relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Execution : Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and with high-quality workmanship.
Profitability : Oversee project profitability.
Change Order Management : Track, status, and resolve change orders directly.
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
