Back to the role : What you will do :
What you will do :
- Work with the Sales team, National Service Manager, and accounting team in supporting the overall execution of day-to-day operations.
- Perform receiving, warehousing, and distribution duties.
- Assist with deliveries where required.
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and equipment rentals.
- Enter service and parts orders received via phone and email.
- Responsible for management of parts inventory including purchasing, fulfillment, and transfer of parts from warehouse to van stock.
- Manage day-to-day service calls and installations.
- Answer inbound calls in the system.
- Assist sales team with site visits and installations when needed.
- Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
- Perform administrative tasks including managing agendas, notes and relevant research.
- Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What you should have :
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent attendance history
- PC knowledge / use
- Accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft family of office products, including - Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Ability to collaborate with customers to understand specific service requirements.
- Ability to work in a team environment (works closely with all departments daily)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus
- Experience in the Commercial Laundry Industry a plus but not required.
Salary Range : $65,000-$75,000
