A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for all employees with accuracy and confidentiality
Audit and analyze commissionable sales and hourly timecards
Maintain payroll systems and ensure compliance with payroll tax laws across multiple states
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or HR is a plus
3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related role
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP required)
Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees weekly
Familiarity with multiple pay structures (hourly, piece-rate, commission, blended)
