Shift / Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support an active pharmacy and warehouse site with strict protocols and access requirements. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports vendor transitions, and maintains a safe, compliant environment in a high-traffic, logistics-heavy facility.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main point of contact for on-site facilities operations.
Monitor janitorial vendor transition and ensure new staff adhere to defined scopes of work.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the client and hiring manager.
Maintain awareness of active warehouse and shipping areas, including multiple loading docks.
Quickly identify and escalate issues by contacting appropriate site contacts.
Ensure facility protocols and safety procedures are followed.
Manage daily logistics within the facility with minimal supervision.
Required Experience :
2+ years in a facilities, customer service, or operations coordination role
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics-based environment
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Familiarity with work order systems or ticketing software
Experience in pharma or controlled-access environments
Required Skills : Customer service
Self-motivation and task follow-through
Communication and escalation awareness
Preferred Skills :
Microsoft Office (basic)
Facility vendor oversight
Issue identification and escalation protocols
Additional Skills :
Liaison skills between the manager and the client
Awareness of loading dock operations

Ability to operate independently
