Here' what you should know :

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of smooth and effective school operations. Your role involves being the first point of contact for families, students, and community members, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in our main office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the school's operations, from managing communications to maintaining student files and supporting daily operational needs.

Here's what you'll be doing :

• Front Desk Management : Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage the visitor management system.
• Administrative Support : Handle inquiries, assist with schoolwide communications, and manage office supplies.
• Student Enrollment & Attendance : Support enrollment processes, maintain student records, and participate in efforts to improve attendance.
• Operations Support : Assist with school events, maintain a clean and organized office, and contribute to the smooth operation of school systems.
• Technology & Data Management : Maintain office technology, assist with Tier 1 technology support, and ensure accuracy in information systems.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000. Starting salary will be commensurate with experience.
