Key Responsibilities
Provides Medicare Part D SME support and coordination for annual re-implementations and new client implementations
Prepares member materials and performs quality review and compliance checks against CMS and client requirements
Supports Medicare Part D Product Managers with client requests and identifies potential process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience; college degree preferred
Knowledge of Medicare Part D rules and regulations
Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
Experience in technical writing and document creation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
