Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company information.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, from receiving invoices through to final payment.
  • Accurately review, code, and process invoices with proper approvals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and post corporate credit card expenses.
  • Provide audit support by preparing and organizing AP-related documentation.
  • Assist team members with additional AP functions and projects as needed.
  • Recommend and help refine improvements to AP processes and workflows.
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures in all AP activities.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting role, with hands-on knowledge of accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry abilities.
