Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and implementation for new mid-size customers to ensure high adoption and engagement
Build trusted relationships through regular touchpoints and executive business reviews
Analyze account usage data to foster engagement and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite)
Strong critical thinking abilities
