Software Engineer IV (Remote - US)

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, with a particular emphasis on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). The position translates complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions while collaborating across teams and stakeholders. You will lead architecture and solution design from proof-of-concept to production, integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse with other enterprise systems. Accountabilities

In this role, you will :

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Power Platform solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into technical strategies and develop solutions across multiple IT functional areas.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, drive adoption where appropriate, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee integration of Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, APIs, REST services, and SQL databases.
• Mentor and coach development teams on best practices, architectural principles, and Power Platform governance and security standards.
• Develop detailed documentation, architectural blueprints, and diagrams to guide solution deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, security protocols, and software development best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
